The IBC Mixers we supply are all custom built and configured to order. Your right to return goods you have ordered is as stated in our Standard Terms which can be viewed HERE

Unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, you the customer must bear the cost of any returns carriage costs.  If necessary, we are happy to provide an estimate of the return carriage charge.

What happens if I want to cancel my IBC Mixer online order?

In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be processed quickly. This means that unfortunately, once components have been ordered by us, it is not always possible to cancel your order.

Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us including ordering of materials, manufacturing and placement of orders with vendors which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, Joshua Greaves & Sons Ltd reserve the right to make a charge for any expenses incurred by us between the time we received your order and the cancellation request was received.
