This compact food blender system was produced for a leading food brand for 200L batch homogenisation using a Greaves high shear mixer.

Food ingredients including sugars, water, xanthan gum, starch, rapseed oils, pectin and food colours are rapidly drawn down by the upper down thrust impeller to the high shear work head. Once in this intense shear zone, the high speed rotor stator action emulsifies fluid and shear solid particles down delivering rapid hydration into the surrounding fluid.

Safety measures are covered with the hatch grille and all vessel internals are polished to 0.4Ra providing good evacuation of the processed food, leaving minimal waste and easy clean-down.

The vessels externals are also finished in polished stainless steel to ease cleaning and prevent corrosion in later years, eliminating contamination to future food processing.
