FLEXdose is an innovative solution which enables these challenging products to be mixed rapidly and efficiently in mobile vessels: –
- Two powerful hydraulic lifts raise the mobile vessel to a fixed reactor head/ mixer assembly
- A vacuum is applied to confirm seal integrity and facilitate addition of ingredients.
- Pre-measured doses of powder and liquid components are added rapidly and accurately via rigid pipework
- PLC controlled mixing cycle is effected with minimal operator intervention
